FAQ

In the event you’d prefer to receive a complete refund for your 2020 Miami Open Grandstand Duration purchase, no action is required. Please note, however, that you will no longer be eligible to receive 2021 Grandstand Duration preferred pricing, the hat, and water bottle.

You are eligible to receive the incentives associated with both your Founding Membership and Grandstand Duration rollover as long as you opt in to both.

Regardless of whether or not you’re deciding to opt into rolling over your payment, if you are currently on a monthly payment plan through a signed Recurring Payment Agreement (RPA), you will still be enrolled and have your same seat location held for you in 2021.

Understanding this is a difficult time for everyone, we are extending the first payment date of the 12-month payment plan that was scheduled to take place on April 1, 2020, and beginning this instead on June 1, 2020, and turning this into a 10-month payment plan. This action will also allow adequate time to receive your refund before being charged for next year.

You are eligible to receive the incentives associated with both your Founding Membership and Grandstand Duration rollover as long as you opt in to both.

If you are not on a Recurring Payment Agreement (RPA), and have opted to be paid-in-full for the 2021 tournament, please note that this must occur before June 1, 2020 to retain your same seat(s) at the same price.

More details to come as we get closer to the 2021 tournament.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back to Hard Rock Stadium for next year’s Miami Open, March 22 – April 4, 2021.
