FAQ

In the event you’d prefer to receive a complete refund for your 2020 Miami Open Single Session Suite purchase, no action is required. Please note, however, that you will no longer be guaranteed the same suite(s), session(s), pricing or package for the 2021 Miami Open.

Following the completion of this April 17, 2020 opt-in window, designed to provide enough time for clients to make their opt-in decisions, refunds will be paid as soon as we are able to process them. Please note, all payments will be refunded by Friday, May 15, 2020 at the latest. Payment will be applied to the credit card used to purchase your seats for 2020. If you paid via wire or check, a check in the full amount will be sent to your address on file. Due to staffing shortages and office closures, however, we ask for your patience as we process these as expeditiously as we can.

By rolling over your payment into 2021, you will receive the same suite location(s), session(s) and pricing as you purchased for the 2020 Miami Open. This is important because inventory availability and pricing changes each year, based on demand. From 2019 to 2020, the average single session suite increased in price by over 15% due to limited inventory, and some of our suite types and sizes were unavailable because they were sold out. By rolling over your payment, you are not at risk for any price increase or losing out on your preferred suite location. You are guaranteed to receive what you had originally purchased for the 2020 Miami Open. Our goal is to make this transition as easy as possible for you to enjoy the tournament in 2021.

We understand that for a variety of reasons, plans may change as we head into 2021. For anyone that rolls over their payment to 2021 and needs to make an adjustment to their suite(s) (such as the size of your suite(s), your sessions(s), etc.), we will work with you to be flexible on retaining the best location(s) and pricing to accomplish your goals. Please note that all sessions and suite locations are variable in their pricing. Please contact your Miami Open representative for further details. Our goal is to make this transition as easy as possible for you to enjoy the tournament in 2021.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back to Hard Rock Stadium for next year’s Miami Open, March 22 – April 4, 2021.
