Chī fa

The name Chī-Fa derives from the Chinese language, Chī meaning Eat and Fa meaning method. Inspired by the blend of traditions and flavors of two millenary cultures, Chī-fa is a modern interpretation of Chino-Peruvian cuisine. From the creative mind of renowned chef Jaime Pesaque, Chī-fa’s culinary creations are a celebration of bold flavors and textures.

The Miami Open Signature Cocktail

The MO Smash

The drink was created in partnership with Hendricks Gin, serving up a cocktail that is light and refreshing, approachable while still embracing the deep flavors of Miami. The citrus forward cocktail pairs perfectly with the subtlety of the gin for a perfect courtside cocktail.The MO Smash comes at special pricing for the Miami Open and will be served at every bar throughout the tennis campus and within the venue at Hard Rock Stadium.

The MO Smash Recipe:

  • 1 oz Hendricks Gin
  • 1.5 oz Blood Orange Sour (Finest Call)
  • Fill glass with Soda water
  • Top with .5 oz Solerno (Blood Orange Liquor)

Bourbon Steak

Bourbon Steak is James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Mina’s, modern, America steakhouse offering a timeless dining experience that accomplishes all the traditions expected of a steakhouse with whimsical twists. All-natural, organic, and hormone free cuts of beef tempered in herb-infused butter, then grilled over wood to order.

Bluestone Lane

Bluestone Lane is an Australian-inspired coffee shop and café committed to providing a genuine escape for all our guests. We offer premium coffee and healthy and delicious eats through an always welcoming experience that embraces our ‘Aussie’ approach to life. Bluestone Lane Coffee is influenced from the renowned coffee culture hub of Melbourne Australia, where premium coffee is a way of life.

Casa Tua

Casa Tua offers the perfect dining experience by blending elements of the five senses. Guests indulge in sensuous sights, sounds, smells, textures and of course, tastes. Kiki on the River

A Greek restaurant in Miami featuring modern Greek cuisine and an authentic Mediterranean island-inspired riverfront setting, Kiki on The River - built at the site of one of Miami’s original fish markets - pays homage to its rustic origins of the much buzzed about, Miami River.

As the official wine sponsor, guests can relax between matches in the newly designed Kim Crawford Clubhouse, a vibrantly decorated open-air lounge and custom bar serving up Kim Crawford wines & Frosé cocktails. Guests can enjoy their beverage alongside refreshing bites from SuViche at their exclusive Ceviche pop-up restaurant within the Kim Crawford Clubhouse. SuViche is proud of the light and healthier nature of their many recipes, always featuring the freshest of ingredients.
