The name Chī-Fa derives from the Chinese language, Chī meaning Eat and Fa meaning method. Inspired by the blend of traditions and flavors of two millenary cultures, Chī-fa is a modern interpretation of Chino-Peruvian cuisine. From the creative mind of renowned chef Jaime Pesaque, Chī-fa’s culinary creations are a celebration of bold flavors and textures.
The MO Smash
The drink was created in partnership with Hendricks Gin, serving up a cocktail that is light and refreshing, approachable while still embracing the deep flavors of Miami. The citrus forward cocktail pairs perfectly with the subtlety of the gin for a perfect courtside cocktail.The MO Smash comes at special pricing for the Miami Open and will be served at every bar throughout the tennis campus and within the venue at Hard Rock Stadium.
