Kids Take Center Court

A full day of entertainment, creativity, and family fun to wrap up the tournament. 

The Miami Open campus has been a playground for adults the past few weeks, but on Saturday the kids take over. Join us for a Kid’s Day full of family-friendly fun, from interactive experiences to kid–approved entertainment. It’s the perfect opportunity for families to enjoy tennis together and make lasting memories before the tournament wraps up — starting with our tennis juggler welcoming you in the gates!  

Appearances are important, and we know just the way to make your features pop. From 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. at The Paseo, face painters will be on the grounds and ready to transform your little one. If you’re looking for something a little bolder, don’t worry: a glitter tattoo artist will also be available to ensure everyone sparkles on and off the court.  

For the kids looking to unleash their creativity, make sure to stop by the Kid’s Day coloring wall and add a personal masterpiece to the mix. Fans are invited to grab some color, let their imaginations run wild and leave a permanent mark on the Miami Open. If you’ve got energy to spare, join us for Hora Loca as dancers and performers lead a celebration around campus. 

If you’re looking for a memento to take home, ask any Miami Open staff for a limited-edition Kids Day Button. On the outer courts, La Roche Posay and Baptist Health will also be hosting kid-friendly giveaways. 

Keep your eyes peeled for the balloon artists roaming around campus as they transform balloons into one–of–a–kind creations on the spot. For whatever shape your young fan desires, their whimsical designs ensure there’s a smile (and a balloon) for everyone.  

Feeling parched? Head to Del Monte at the Court 29 Food Hall for a classic Shirley Temple with a rubber duck, made for all ages. Not far away in the Fountain Aisles is the Hot Dog Cart, offering $5 dogs all day long.  

Make sure to bring the whole family for the final weekend and soak in all the fun the tournament has to offer!
