Digital Ticketing Guide
All 2024 tournament tickets are digital. For the fastest entry, add tickets to your mobile wallet.
Step 1: When you receive an email from Ticketmaster that you have been sent tickets, click “Accept Tickets.”
Step 2: Sign into your account. If you already have an account with Ticketmaster, you can use your same email address and password as your Ticketmaster account. If you have a Ticketmaster account and do not remember your password click Forgot Password? located underneath the Password box. If you do not have a Ticketmaster account, click Sign Up at the bottom of the pop-up box.
Step 3: Upon signing in, your tickets will automatically be accepted into your account.
*Please make a note of your email address and password, as you will use this going forward to view your tickets
Miami Open Account Manager
Step 1: Visit https://am.ticketmaster.com/miamiopen/
Please note: You must view your ticket from a mobile phone to view the barcode. An iPad or laptop computer will not generate a barcode. If you are accessing your tickets abroad before arriving in Miami, you may have to turn off public Wi-Fi to sign in
Step 2: Select the session you would like to add to your wallet. You will have to add each session individually if you have multiple sessions.
Step 3: Click on the ticket you wish to add and select “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Google Pay” depending on your device. You can then add all tickets for a session, or just an individual ticket.
Step 4: If you have an Apple phone, your ticket can now be found in your Wallet application. If you have an Android phone, your ticket can now be found in your GPay application.
Please note: If you have not set up an account in GPay, you will need to set one up prior to viewing your tickets. Your ticket can be found under Passes

TennisONE App
Step 1: Go to the App store or Google Play Store and search for the TennisONE App. Download the app to your phone.
Step 2: Once you start to scroll through the app, a top bar will appear. Click on the ticket icon – next to the settings icon.
Step 3: When prompted, sign into your Ticketmaster Account using the same credentials you used to accept your tickets.
Step 4: Click on the ticket you wish to add and select “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Google Pay” depending on your device. You can then add all tickets for a session, or just an individual ticket.
Step 5: If you have an Apple phone, your ticket can now be found in your Wallet application. If you have an Android phone, your ticket can now be found in your GPay application.

Step 2: Click on View Tickets in the upper left hand corner. First, click on the session and then you will be able to select the seats you wish to transfer. Click Continue.
Step 3: Input the recipient’s details, you must include First Name, Last Name and Email Address to continue. You may include a message, but it is not required. When you have confirmed the information is correct, press Transfer.
Please note: You will receive an email when you initiate a transfer, and you will receive a second email when the recipient has accepted
If you have sent your tickets but have realized that you typed the email address in wrong, you may be able to cancel the transfer if the other party has not accepted!
Step 1: Visit https://am.ticketmaster.com/miamiopen/
Sign into your account.
Step 2: Click on the session you wish to cancel. You should see a transfer pending, and the option to Cancel Transfer.
Please note: If you are no longer see an option to cancel your transfer, the recipient has already accepted the tickets. Please reach out to your Player Services Representative
Step 3: Confirm that your cancel transfer request. By clicking Yes and the tickets will revert back into your account.
